Intro for tonight's event - Bill Southward

Good evening my name is Bill Southward. I'm a Pastor at Temple Yeshua here in Victoria. We are very pleased you are with us this evening for this celebration of the Season of Light that we are now enjoying. 

We will start our celebration with John Stone opening in prayer. This will be followed by Anne Penny and her team leading us in praise and worship. Members of our worship team are from three churches here in Victoria. 

Please be aware that there may be times of silence during the praise and worship. And at other times during the evening, as the Holy Spirit leads us. Experience confirms that these are usually times for each of us to listen to what God is saying to us. 

“Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10. 

After praise and worship, I will have some comments about the context of the prophetic words you will hear. These prophetic words will be given by several individuals from four churches in Victoria. 

After the prophetic words have been given, the leadership team for this celebration and the worship team will discern how we continue in the Spirit.

For example, there may be times of prayer, more praise and worship, silence, etc.   

Later there may be some comments about some suggestions as to how we respond to the prophetic words as members of the Church of Victoria and Vancouver Island, including attending future meetings. Also, there may be closing comments. 

We will close the evening by receiving an offering followed by a closing prayer and a benediction. John would you come now and open in prayer please.



Prayer - John Stone

May we all stand as we come before the Throne of Grace. 

Almighty God and Father of us all, we your Church are deeply and solemnly aware that in countless ways we have fallen short of your glory and your just expectations. 

We have too many times walked in disobedience to your Word, and we have chosen to ignore the many warnings You have given us. 

And in our nation, as well as in Your Church, we have allowed the enemy to come in like a flood, and we have failed to raise up a standard of Your righteousness against him, and to resist him with the weapons you have given us, which are  mighty through You to the pulling down of strongholds. 

So Lord, we are in great distress, and we ask you for Your mercy this evening – that as we seek to hear what the Spirit has been saying to us, You will open our ears to listen, You will grant us the grace to obey, and by Your Spirit You will bring us, Your Church, to deep repentance, and You will grant revival in Your Church throughout this nation of Canada which belongs to You.  

And we say, Come, Holy Spirit, and have Your way with us this evening!



Intro to tonight's Praise and Worship - Anne Penny

It's a privilege to be with you here today. We're sharing the worship. Four of us here. And the second part of the worship, my brother Mark is going to be coming up. He attends Encounter Church.  

I go to Glad Tidings. And this is Richard here on the bass. And he and Outi who's going to be doing vocals, synth and piano. And she's going to lead us in the first couple of songs as well, as Seigreid on the recorders. The three of them go to Highway Christian Fellowship.  

So it's lovely to be here with you today. We're going to start with, Shine Jesus Shine.



Praise and Worship - Session 1

 

Intro to the Prophecies - Bill Southward

This is the Season of Light. And, the prophetic comes to give the light, to give revelation.

As I mentioned, the prophetic words you are about to hear, are given by several individuals from four churches in Victoria. 

Those of us giving the prophetic words believe these words refer to Victoria, Vancouver Island and beyond. 

We also believe there is an urgency expressed in these prophetic words and this is why we believe we are called to release them at this time. 

The first three words are from 2013. The rest are from 2018 and is there is a reference to 2017. So you can see there's a pathway in the words you are about to hear. And that’s significant, we believe. 

Some of the words require little or no interpretation. You will understand clearly what they're saying. Others have symbolism that came in prophetic dreams or visions and there's some explanation required of course. 

As confirmed in 1 Thessalonians 4:12 and 19 to 22, 

“Prophecies must be tested.

Do not put out the Spirit’s fire.

Do not treat prophecies with contempt. Test everything.

Hold on to the good. 

Avoid every kind of evil.” 

So these prophecies must be tested and will be tested. They will ring in your spirit or they won't ring in your spirit. You will go away and pray about them and ask the Lord about them. They will be tested and the Lord will test us. 

So I'm going to ask the individuals who will be speaking out these words to come now and we will stand together and you will hear the words as they progress from 2013 on. 



Dream - Edie Southward - Aug 2013

My name is Edie Southward and I had a dream in 2013, so it's 5 years ago.  

It was the month of August, between the second or third week of August.

And in my dream I could hear:

"Noah's Ark is coming to the harbour",

"Noah's Ark is coming to the harbour",

"Noah's Ark is coming to the harbour".

And all of a sudden, there it was! Noah's Ark was in Victoria harbour.

It was huge and it was in front of the Parliament building sideways,

so it was from the Empress Hotel all the way past the Wax Museum.

And the Ark had a blue roof and all the doors were closed in the Ark.

And it was there waiting; there was nobody around the Ark.

I had a sense that the Ark was a place of refuge, a place of safety;

that something was coming, that judgment was coming and the Ark was a sign for all of us.

It was a call; the Ark was a call to repentance, to the church, of Victoria, of Vancouver Island.

Now when I woke up, I thought about the dream and I was thinking.

I realized that the Undersea Gardens is in front, was in front of the Wax Museum and I thought, well the Ark wouldn't fit because of the Undersea Gardens.

But then, it was later in October, October 18th, that the Undersea Gardens were closed and later removed from Victoria harbour; so there would be lots of room for the Ark to be in the harbour.

That week I shared my dream with a few and somebody told me that Bob Brasset had almost exact same dream that very week and except that the Ark, the roof was blue. 

Now the color blue in the Bible signifies a few things; the healing power of God, the Presence of God and also represents biblically the Word of God, and the Holy Spirit in authority. 

So it was 5 years ago!  



Vision - Margaret-Rose Richardson - Aug 28 2013

I had a vision during one of the worship sessions at Temple Yeshua, during the week, around or on August 28th,2013.

The vision was, it was very dark and it was an alleyway in down town Victoria. And what I saw was Jesus walking and as He was walking He was weeping,

but in one hand he had a staff and in the other hand He had His lamp. And it was like He was just searching for people who were broken and lost.

And His heart was just so, you could just feel the love coming off of Him, and He was just weeping for us.

Any ways what it makes me think of is from Luke 19:41 and 44, it says "Seeing", and this is Jesus speaking,

"If thou had'st known even thou at least in this thy day the things which belong unto thy peace but now they are hid from thine eyes for the days shall come upon thee that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee and compass thee around and keep thee in on every side. and shall slay thee even with the ground and thy children within thee and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another because thou know'st not the time of thy visitation."

And actually I missed one verse and it says, its the most important verse,   

"And when He was come near He beheld the city and He wept over it."

And this prophecy of Jesus was fulfilled 40 years later when Jerusalem was totally destroyed by Rome.



Dream - Rayna Stone - Aug 2018

My name is Rayna Stone and I had a dream in August of this year. And Bill had asked us to pray about a Word that he’d had and I when I shared this with him he felt it was kind of a confirmation. 

And it was a very vivid awesome dream. It was like watching a movie on a large screen. I've never had a dream like that before. It was amazing. 

In the dream I was walking through a deep forest with a group of twenty to thirty Christian people. I didn't know any of them personally but I knew they were Christians. 

It was rough walking, climbing over logs. No trails. 

And we came to a high place overlooking the ocean. It seemed like the west coast of Vancouver Island, perhaps around Ucluelet or Tofino. That was what it looked like.  

We were looking down and suddenly the sky became very very dark. It was windy and stormy. And then the ocean became very rough with huge waves. As we watched we saw a large number of whales of many sizes from enormous to small, swimming and leaping in the water. It was quite a sight. 

They all began to be swept up high into the air in what looked like a huge waterspout. And they were all going up there and then they rose higher and higher and all of a sudden they disappeared from view and moved out of our sight. 

We were deeply apprehensive because it seems they were about to fall down on us and the whole scene just very chaotic.

Then I woke up.



A Word - Bill Southward - Apr 23 2018

Rayna had that dream and we thought it was confirmation of what I'm going to say right now. 

On April 23rd, 2018, I woke up at exactly 4:00 AM. I sensed the Lord saying,

“I want you to get up. I have something to say to you.”

So, I went upstairs to the den and sat down. And this is what I heard him say, 

“The New World Order is Chaos.

The reason is they have not followed my Word and my ways.

Judgment is at hand.

My body is responsible for delaying it.” 

Biblically, the words mean, “At hand.” And those are very key words in this prophecy, at hand. In the Bible, at hand, means close or near in regard to a place, but also in regard to a time. 

What came to me is that this prophetic word applies to Victoria and to Vancouver Island. Also, that his judgment, he talks about will come and it will be close in time, unless the church responds. 

It's a call to the church to delay this judgment.   



Dream - Scott Richardson - Sep 8 2018

My name is Scott and I had a dream that I would like to share with you. 

On September 8th,  I had a dream that I was inside a large warehouse. 

All of a sudden all the lights in the warehouse went out. 

After the dream was over, I woke up in the night and noticed the power was out in my house and neighborhood as well. 

I asked the Lord, "what does this mean?"  He told me "Love and The Holy Spirit represent the lights in the warehouse and the warehouse represents the Church" The Scripture He gave me was 1 John 2:10-11, it says,

"He that loves his brother abides in the light, there is none occasion of stumbling in him"

verse 11, 

"But he that hates his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not where he goeth, because the darkness, has blinded his eyes" 

I believe that this dream is a call for both of us, as individuals and corporately, to walk in love toward one another.



Scripture, Visions and Dreams - Ruby Los - Sep, Oct 2018

Hi my name is Ruby Los.

God has spoken to me in a few different ways through Scripture and through words and through dreams. And I would like to share that with you.

On September 23rd, I asked the Lord if he had anything for me. And it was Joel 2, verse 11.

“The Lord thunders at the head of his army. His forces are beyond number and mighty is the army that obeys his command. The day of the Lord is great. It is dreadful. Who can endure it?”

On September 30, I heard, “There's an eruption coming. There's an eruption coming.”

I asked the Lord, “What does this mean?” I then received Hebrews 13, verses 13-16.

“Let us then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore. For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the City that is to come. Through Jesus therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise. The fruit of lips that openly profess his Name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others. For with such sacrifices, God is pleased.”

And on October 26th, I heard,

“A flood is coming”

October 28th I heard, 

“There is a partition that is happening between the goats and the sheep. Stay steadfast in my words. So you do not escape from my hands.”

On November 1st, I had a dream. My husband and I were on a large boat lying on our stomachs, hanging onto the decking. The size of the boat reminded me of a ferry.

The skies were dark and the waters were rising and in the distance there were some smaller boats on the water. The waves were too big and they were cascading over the smaller boats.

Even though my husband and I were safe, we were very terrified in the dream. I asked the Lord what the dream meant. And then I received 1st Peter 1 verses 8-9.

“Though you have not seen him, you love him. And even though you do not see him now, you believe in him. And are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy. For you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.”

On November 3rd, again I heard,

“The floods are rising.”

I asked the Lord what was that he meant. And I received Galatians 2 verse 17, verses 20-21,

“But if, in seeking to be justified in Christ, we Jews also find ourselves also among the sinners. Doesn’t that mean that Christ promotes sin? Absolutely not. If I rebuild what I destroyed then I really would be a law breaker. For through the law, I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God for if righteousness could be gained through the law Christ died for nothing.”

And on November 13th, it was night time and I woke up because it was raining so hard and again I heard,

“The floods are rising.”

There was such urgency in God's voice. 

Then I received Jude 1: 18-22, 

“They said to you in the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires. These are the people who will divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. But you dear friends, by building yourself up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt. Save others by snatching them from the fire. To others, show mercy mixed with fear, hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.”

On November 25th, I heard,

“The trumpets are coming. Be zealous for me.”

I also received Psalm 28. In verse 5 there is a warning because it says, 

“Because they have no regard for the deeds of the Lord and what his hands have done, he will tear them down and never build them up again.” But then God gives us hope.  And a later part it says in verses 6 through 9, “Praise be to the Lord, for he has heard my cry for mercy. The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart trusts in him and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy and with my song I praise him. The Lord is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed One. Save your people and bless your inheritance. Be their Shepherd and carry them forever."

And I just really felt like this was for Victoria.  



Speaking - Dave Richardson - 2015-2018

My name is Dave Richardson. I’m from Victoria here. Amos 3:7 states that

"the Lord does nothing without first revealing what he's going to do through His prophets"

I believe that the Lord has been speaking to me for some time about the real threat of an earthquake in the Victoria, Vancouver, San Juan Islands area. This has been repeating. It's getting more frequently, these incidents that are happening. And it's been happening with me for three years, with respect to the earthquakes and the shaking, etc etc etc.

Now interestingly, Amos declares in the first verse of his book that he prophesied concerning Israel two years before the earthquake, which occurred at during the role of Jeroboam, son of Jehoash, in Amos chapter 1 verse 1.

His book is filled with a number of other references to the effects of the earthquake and I have verses here if anyone would like to get them after.  Scientists believe that a massive earthquake took place during the period in which he prophesied around 760 BC, with the epicenter several hundred kilometers north of Israel.

Also of interest, Amos prophesied of a solar eclipse in chapter 8 verse 9. It seems possible he was speaking of a total solar eclipse which took place on, this date that is important at least to me, on June 15th, 763 BC, which would have completely darkened the city of Nineveh which lay in its path. It is suggested that this is one of the factors which led to the decision to repent after Jonah prophesied to them of the city's downfall.

I have found that the number of this particular date, June 15, has been brought to my attention repeatedly over the past, now almost two years. That is the number 1- 5 - 6.

By the way the last time was yesterday when I was with Bill. In ways that are multiple and extraordinary.

The example I want to give you is one from in June of 2017. Bill had been preaching on some events that happened a Millennia ago, where a hundred and fifty-six thousand people in one case died in a massive earthquake. And that was one of the first times that that number has come to me 15 - 6.

So in the summer of 2017, I was getting, I don't like using the word signs because it could be that term can be bandied about but, I was getting indications of that number 15 - 6.

On the Richter Scale it had to do with an earthquake. On the Richter Scale there is no 15, that goes up to 10.

And so I thought, “Could it mean the 15th of June 15? 15 - 6?” And so this was at the start of June. So, I thought about that and prayed about it. And then I kind of forgot about it.

On the 15th of June, in the afternoon someone said, a friend of mine said, “Hey did you hear about the earthquake?”

My concern by the way, was for Port Angeles. Cause if you've ever been down on the Breakwater and you look across at Port Angeles, those high mountains above it, it's called Hurricane Ridge. And I thought if those mountains ever came down, Port Angeles and everybody in it is gone.

That was my fear especially if there was a tsunami. So I was praying,

“Lord if there’s going to be an earthquake, let it be small and let it be minimum injuries if any and damage.”

And that was my prayer.

That particular day, there was an earthquake on the 15th of June and it was in the mountains right behind Port Angeles. The earthquake was 3.8 that was felt from Seattle to Sidney.

So, that's the area that I was concerned about. And I'm not saying that was my prayer that did it, but regardless, I was grateful and thanking the Lord that it was not serious.

And it's happened several times since then. and each time I pray to God

“Let it be small; let no one be injured.”

And so far it's been happening.

So there is one more scripture that I just wanted to read from Psalm 60 and it's just one verse . . .  



Scripture - Leslie Richardson - 2016-2018

A few years when I first came to Victoria and realized how earthquake prone the area was, I came across this verse in Psalm 60; it’s verse 2. And it says,

“You have shaken the land and torn it open. Mend its fractures, for it is quaking.” Or in the version I used, was, “Heal the breeches.”

And that struck me so much; I thought,

“It's talking about an earthquake.”

But here is a prayer asking God if he will heal the fractures that are underneath the land so that earthquakes will not take place.

And ever since then, we have prayed that prayer on a consistent basis. And we're also very struck by the fact that this number 6 - 2, the number of earthquakes that are 6.2 miles underneath the ground.

That's the kind of standard measurement.

And we thought, 

“Wow, Lord did you really know that that was going to be a standard measurement and line it up with 60 verse 2?”

But that goes with what Bill was saying about we need to pray for mercy.   



Speaking - Dave Richardson - 2015-2018

By the way we do have that power. God gives us, to prevent earthquakes from happening. I mean he's not going to say,

“Well, I'm sorry; this is too big for you.”  

He's going to hear our prayers. and he’ll answer. But the important thing to me is whatever is coming up, is we pray for mercy.  

The worst thing you can do is say is well, “Good it happened.” 

I mean, that's what happened with Jonah and Nineveh. You know, It's pray for mercy. 

And I mean ever since this happened with me, I've been praying every time there is an earthquake, I’ve been praying, 

“Thank you, Lord. Thank you that no one was hurt. Regardless of the reason for it. Thank you that no one was hurt.”  



Intro - Angela Tolsma

My name is Angela Tolsma and you're going to hear three words that I received. They are taped.

The first word I received on August 20th when I was at David's house of prayer for a week of prayer.

The second word was when we all gathered together and we were seeking the Lord and asking him whether or not we should bring this to the church what we're doing here tonight. I received the second word that evening. The next word I received, and that was November 9th.

Then on November 24th we had already decided we were going to bring the words to the church and then we were praying over the poster and I received the third word that you're about to hear as we were praying over the poster. 

You will notice when you hear the words that I am very emotional, however I am not an emotional person and I'm sure anybody that knows me can verify that. When I receive the word it is like a turmoil is going on inside of me until I start to speak in tongues. When the tongues stop I have one sentence that begins to form in my mind in English and as soon as I speak out the sentence all the other words just begin to flow into my mind. As I am speaking it's hard to explain what happens but it is like I am feeling the heart of the father for his people and his church that's the only way I know how to describe it. It's like all these emotions are welling up inside of me but they are not my own personal emotions. I am feeling them for the people and sensing how much God loves them.



A Word - Angela Tolsma - Aug 20 2018

I Hear your hearts but you must go deeper, you must go deeper, you must go deeper with me, you must go deeper in repentance, you must go deeper in repentance, I want a holy people, I want a holy people. In order for change to come in this city, in order for revival to break out in this city you must go deeper, you must go deeper, my Church must go deeper, my Church must go deeper, my Church must come into repentance. 

Allow me to search your hearts, allow me to search your hearts, allow me to go deep, allow me to go deep. Allow me to unearth the things that have been hidden from long ago, allow me to go deep, even deep into this nation, even deep into this nation.

The things that have been hidden, the things that have been hidden. There has been many things hidden in this nation but I'm going to bring them to light as you go deeper with me, as you go deeper with me, I will bring them to the surface. I will bring them to light.

My Church my Church it is time for you to rise up, it is time for you to change. It is time for you to draw closer to me. It's time for you to go deeper with me than you've ever been before and I'm going to start here. I'm going to start in this place. I'm going to start with you. I'm going to start with your hearts. I'm going to render to your hearts. I'm going to render to your hearts. I'm going to bring your hearts before me and lay you bare before me and if you are willing to do this you will see change in your city, you will see change in your city. You will see receive revival in your nation but you must come first, you must be my remnant. You must come, you must come, you must lay yourself bare before me, be bare before me, allow me, allow me to come deep, deep deep into your heart even from things that are from long ago that you may not realize are there.

My Church, my Church it is time for a cleansing, it's time for cleansing I desire cleansing, cleansing in my city, cleansing in my nation, cleansing in my Church. It is time for cleansing, It is time for cleansing. I will not look upon the sin of my people any longer. I will not look upon the sin of my people any longer. It is time for change. It is time for holiness. It is time for holiness. For my Church, my Church, my Church, my Church, time is getting short, time is getting short, it's time to wake up, it's time to wake up, it's time to look up, it's time to look up, it's time to let the fears fall away, it's time to let the fears fall away, it's time for you to fear me, it's time for you to fear me. 

For judgement is coming, judgement is coming, judgement is coming, are you ready, are you ready, are you prepared, are you prepared. For my judgement will come unless my Church stands in the gap, unless my Church stands in the gap, unless my Church comes to repentance, unless my Church comes to repentance. Church it is time to wake up, it is time to wake up, it is time to wake up.  



A Word - Angela Tolsma - Nov 9 2018

My hand is upon this nation. My hand is upon this nation. I have good things in store for this nation. I have good things in store for this nation.

But my people, my people must come to me, my people must come to me, my people must draw near to me.

My people must let everything fall off that hinders them, that hinders them from coming to me. My people must let go of those things that they're holding on to. Their holding onto things I want them to shake off.

They must come and they must come without fear. They must come with boldness. They must come with courage for I am going to put boldness and courage in my people and they will go out and they would be a voice for me, they will be a strong voice for me, for I am looking for a strong church, I am looking for a strong church and I am looking for the holy church, I looking for a holy church.

I am looking for a people who would lay down their lives for me and I am looking for a people who will lay everything down for me, who will fix their eyes upon me and allow me to lead them and allow me to guide them, for I want to do great things through this nation. I want to do great things through this nation.

But you are hindering me, you are hindering me, you are hindering me. It is time for you to come to your knees. It is time for you to cry out for this nation, cry out for this nation for I have plans for this nation but unless my people come, unless my people humble themselves, unless my people will come and draw near to me I cannot fulfill the plans for this nation. I need my people, I need my people to fulfill the plans for this nation.

Call my people, call my people. Call my people to repentance. Call my people to holiness. Call my people, call my people, for I have plans, I have plans that I want to bring about and I want plans to use this nation for other nations. I have plans for other nations through this nation but my people must come, my people must come, my people must humble themselves, my people must humble themselves and my people must trust me.

My people must trust me like never before for darkness is coming, darkness is coming upon the land, darkness is coming its going to be darker than ever before, darker than ever before and my church must be prepared. My church must be prepared.

My church must be strong in me they must be strong in my word, they must be courageous, they must be bold, they must be willing to step out, they must be willing to face the darkness, to step into the darkness and allow me to be the light in the darkness that they walk into.

Oh my church, my church my church it is time, it is time to the battle its ragging its ragging its ragging its ragging in the heavenlies, its ragging in the heavenlies, the battle is raging, the battle is raging but the victory is the churches, the victory is the churches if they will take the victory, if they will rise up, if they will stand up, if they will be a voice, if they will stand upon my word, the victory will be theirs, the victory will be theirs.

But it is time for my church to arise, it is time for my church to arise and I am calling my people, I am calling my people will they hear, will they hear, will they hear the call, will they hear the call, for I am calling my people, I am calling my people, I am calling my people will they hear the call, will they hear the call, will they hear the call, for I am calling them and I am calling them to victory in this land, I am calling them to victory in this land.

But fear is holding them back, fear is holding them back, fear is a stronghold in their life, fear is a strong hold and that stronghold must be broken, that must be broken, the stronghold of fear must be broken over my church, it must be broken over my church for my church to rise up, for my church to rise up, when the fear is broken my church will rise up, my church will rise up.

Do not fear man, do not fear man, fear your God, fear your God and fear the judgement of your God, do not fear man, do not fear man.

It is time to rise up.

It is time for the fear of God to be in my people and for them to rise up and to take the victory and to take this land back for me.



A Word - Angela Tolsma - Nov 24 2018

I'm about to sound a trumpet in this nation. I'm about to sound a trumpet in this nation, it will go far and wide, it will go far and wide and it will keep blowing, it will keep blowing, it will keep blowing until my people hear, until my people hear, until my people hear my call until my people hear my call I will keep blowing the trumpet.

I will keep blowing the trumpet, so keep blowing the trumpet, keep blowing the trumpet, do not stop, do not stop, do not stop, keep blowing the trumpet, keep speaking out, keep speaking out, keep speaking out, for my word must go forth, my word must go forth, my people must hear my word, my people must hear my word, they must hear my word far and wide.

They must hear my word far and wide, for I am calling my church to repentance, I am calling my church to repentance, I am calling my church to a deeper repentance than ever before, than ever before and I am going to expose their hearts,

I need my people to accomplish the word that I want to bring forth in this nation, my people you must come, my people you must come, you must come, you must lay everything down for my kingdom, for it is time to lay everything down, it is time to lay everything down, it is time for you to come, it is time for you to come before me and lay yourself bare before me.

For I have many things, many things to do in and through this nation but I need my people, I need my people, will you hear my call, will you hear my call, will you come, will you come, will you come, will you be ready, will you be ready, will you be ready for the revival I'm going to bring.

Will you be ready for the people I'm going to bring, will you be ready, can you contain my word, can you contain the revival that is coming, can you do it, can you do it, I'm calling you to do it.

But you can only do it if you lay down your life, you must lay down your life, you must shake off everything that hinders you, you must let go of all those things that are hindering you from my church.

My church, I'm calling you to holiness, I'm calling you to holiness to see the revival, come holiness must come, holiness must come to my church, then you will see revival, then you will be prepared for the revival that I want to bring.

But you are not ready, you are not ready, my church is not ready, my church is not ready.

But I will make you ready if you are willing, if you will come, if you will lay down your life you will be ready, you will be ready when I bring revival, my church will be ready.

If you will say yes to my word, if you will say yes to my truth, if you will say yes to me and if you will allow everything that hinders you to be removed, then you will be ready, then you will be ready, then you will be ready, to handle the revival I am going to bring in this nation.

But my church must be ready, my church must prepared, my church must come to me, my church must cry out, they must cry out, they must cry out. Cry out in repentance for this nation, cry out in repentance for this nation, cry out, cry out, and I will hear your cries, I will hear your cries, and I will answer your cries, when you are humble before me and when you are ready for the revival that I will bring to this nation.  



Dream - Anne Penny - Dec 6 2018

My name is Anne and I was asked on the 22nd of November to do the worship for this evening. And I was not part of the group meetings that they had had in praying about how to bring this forward to the city of Victoria. 

It's been said that the Lord does not share his heart with casual inquirers. We are all here so beloved of him. And his heart is being shared with us tonight. 

Isaiah 43 said,

“You are mine. Fear not, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by my name. You are mine.”

That's in all sorts of circumstances. And that's for us. So every one of us here tonight stands holy, blameless in his sight, dressed in robes of pure righteousness, because we chose to receive that which we could have no part in earning. 

And because of this amazing grace, we don't have to be afraid. There's no fear for us. For we get his goodness and his mercy following us all the days of our lives. And we will dwell in his house forever. 

We as brothers and sisters in the faith, are utterly safe. Jesus took our judgment once and for all, on the cross. 

The night after I was asked to pray about this evening, I too had a dream and it involved a boat. A large white ferry-like boat and a harbour. 

People on the boat were content and happy. And suddenly, I saw a loved one who was a generation removed from me. And who was not in relationship with the Lord. I saw her swimming out to the ferry boat in my dream and she tried to climb up the outside of the ferry boat to climb onto the structure to get onto the boat where her loved ones were. She could see people that she loved there. 

And I watched in horror as she fell into the churning waters below. And suddenly, I was on that ferry boat too. The people up above it, she was trying to get to, were unaware that she had fallen into the water. 

And I was on the boat on the other side of the barrier, pleading with the rescue team to hurry because she was at risk for being taken under the waters of the engine pull. 

And there was so much love in my heart for this person because it was someone I truly loved.

But there was so much urgency; it was a time-sensitive situation and it was a picture of the compelling pleading heart of Our Father God, asking us to stand in the gap for the rest of the Bride who is yet to come, to be a part of what Jesus is coming back for. 

And when I woke, I really felt like I'd heard God's Father heart for the lost. He would that none should perish. 

And I think that's what all of these words have been about. He doesn't want any to perish and they are perishing around us in this city, on this island.

And there's only one door to the Father. We can't climb up the side of the ferry. There's just Jesus. He is the only entrance. 

And we live in a world where there's a lot of entrances and everybody thinks they can get to God but they can't; they will fall off. 

We are perfectly safe though, we walk in the light. But we are to mobilize quickly to help those who are in danger with this approaching darkness. 

Nothing can snatch us from the Father's hand. But we need to be poised and ready with the bright orange life preservers of the Father's Love in Christ, to extend to any of those facing the calamity, or the new order of chaos that's happening. 

This may come as a word in season, an act in service to soften a heart; relationships that are built across fences. 

We need to ask the Holy Spirit to bring about signs and wonders for a fresh wave, for renewal. Because that is what is going to shift the loved ones around us who are perishing.  

The Moravian Mission cry was, “May the lamb that was slain receive the reward of his suffering. May the lamb that was slain receive the reward of his suffering.” 

He's calling us. He's calling for his reward passionately and urgently. His Bride is not yet complete and the question is how will we respond?  



Summary - Bill Southward

I  have a sense that, the Lord is once again saying, 

“Be still and know that I am God.”

He wants the time of silence right now. And the reason he wants the time of silence, is he says, 

“This is a time of planting.”

He wants to plant this in your heart. He wants to plant it deep.

So we're just going to be still. We’re just going to be quiet. And we're going to let the Holy Spirit of God, do his planting, in our hearts.

The question is, are you allowing him to plant the seed in your heart? Jesus invites; he doesn't insist.

You allow him to plant the seeds. He will help make it grow.

You become responsible for that seed. But, he will stand with you, as it grows. 

And how do we make it grow?

We water it with his Word.

We cry out to him in prayer, as you have heard.

We praise him. Prayer and praise will make the seed grow.

And this cord of three, includes repentance as you have heard. You have heard the urgency in the words. You have heard the call. I suggest it's clear to you. There's nothing ambiguous about it.

As Anne has said, “We are secure in his love.” Nothing can snatch us from that. It's like a covering over all of us tonight. A covering of love.

But under that covering there are a set of scales. They are the scales of Justice. Our God is a God of Justice.

In a set of human scales, there are two pans as you know, one on each side, the fulcrum in the middle. In the human scales, when the scales are at rest, they are parallel.

His scales aren't like that. When his scales are in the rest position, they are similar to the human scales. One scale is called Judgment; the other scale is called Mercy.

But in his scales, the scales are not parallel. The Mercy scale is heavier, because of his Love.  That's the rest position with his scales. The Mercy scale is heavier.

James 2:13,

“Mercy triumphs over judgment.”

However as these words were made clear to you tonight, if we do not respond to his warnings: his loving kindness, his patience, and his Mercy, they have divine limits.

And at times he releases his judgment. This is clearly demonstrated in the history of Israel in the Old Testament, that I suggest to you is beyond dispute.

The call and the test is to respond to his warnings. And you know many scriptures about that.  So I'm not going to take the time now to read them.

You heard me say he told me, it's up to his Body to delay the Judgment. At times he has delayed his Judgment as confirmed in 2 Kings 20, verse 4-6.

“King Hezekiah was in distress. He cried out to the Lord. He wept before the Lord. And the Lord sent the prophet to him. ‘Tell Hezekiah, I have heard his prayers; I have seen his tears. I will heal him. I will give him fifteen more years.’”

You heard Margaret Rose refer to Luke 19:41-44.

Just imagine this scene. Use your divine imagination. Jesus is standing before his beloved City, Jerusalem. His city. His people. Weeping, like you heard him weeping over Victoria.

He prophesied the destruction, the total destruction of his beloved city and his beloved people that live there.

And yet his mercy rises up. He delays the destruction for forty years. This is probably the most powerful scripture about judgment in the Bible.

And mercy, one for 40 years. He prayed. He wept. He gave them a chance to repent. Again and again.

But the scales tipped. And judgment came.

And do you know what his heart is at that moment? Do you know what his heart is saying at that moment? I know because I heard him say this thirty years ago. He said, 

“If only I didn't have to do what I just did. If only I didn't have to do what I just did.”

That is the Heart of Love. He never wants to go there.

And then in Jonah 3:10,

"When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he had compassion and did not bring upon them the destruction he had threatened."

He totally cancelled the Judgment. He didn't just delay it; he cancelled it. God.

Hallelujah! Because the king and everyone, everybody in that city repented. From the king, on down; Jesus saw that.

Do you want that for Victoria?

You know Victoria means Victory. You all know that.

Do we want the victory? Are we prepared to pay the price?

The fear of the Lord is in this room. The reverence for the Lord is in this room. He has planted the seed. The angels are waiting to see how we will respond. That's what they are waiting for. They're waiting and watching how we're going to respond. They're asking the Lord to release them to come and help us. We need their help. That's what's happening right now.

Intro to Praise and Worship - Anne Penny

I'd like us to have a song from 2nd Chronicles. (Mark in the key of B-flat). "If my people who are called by my name". It's an old song. If you don't know it's pure scripture.

Just let it wash over you and if you do know it, sing strongly and we'll make it our prayer today to ask the Lord to heal our land, and then after that, I am going to have Mark just play "The Lord's Prayer", just on the cello with the piano and during that time take time to posture your heart before the Lord and then I'm going to have you join us with the words, it's just 52 beautiful words that the Lord taught us to pray and when we're looking at how do we come before him, it's a perfect response and and many even in this province believe it's going to be the start of a revival across our nation as everybody joins together and prays this 2000 year-old prayer together across nations and across tribes and the groups that are here, so that's what I'd like to do and Stephen if you can put the words up for "If my people first who are called by my name"... perfect. Well done, okay.

So let's sing this as our prayer and then when you come to sing "The Lord's Prayer" after Mark has played it on the cello, you can feel free to posture yourself however you like, you can kneel on the carpet if you want, you can move into the aisle if you're more comfortable there, you can certainly stay in your seat and posture your head, however you feel comfortable coming before the Lord with the Lord's Prayer as well.

Prayer - Scott Campbell

Thank you Lord, why don't we pray.

I just like to leave some prayers.

As we were waiting on the Lord earlier I felt the Lord brought to mind Jehoshaphat's prayer, where they were facing the armies and he said

"we do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you",

and I just felt that such a good place to be, well we don't have to have everything figured out, we just need to know who to look to, and is so important that as we fix our eyes on him, that we just allow him to remove everything that would blind us, we don't want to be like the prophet Isaiah says where, they have eyes but they do not receive an ears but they do not hear or understand,   

but we want to be able to see, and we want to allow the Lord to remove things of a blind us and so father we just pray, with humility, we thank you for your mercy, we recognize Lord that apart from your light we can't see anything, and your word says

"the lamp of the Lord searches the heart of man that searches out his inmost being, and we don't know ourselves apart from your light Lord",

and so we just come before you and we lay our hearts before you, I think of that word we heard earlier from 1st John, that 

"he who hates his brother walks in darkness, he does not know where he's going because of darkness has blinded him",

Father we would remove anything that would blind us, that would prevent us from seeing you as the way we want to, the way Jehoshaphat prayed Lord, we choose to walk in forgiveness, we repent of any bitterness in our hearts Lord, we repent of judgements in our hearts, we repent of grudges oh God, we repent of a critical spirit, where we have engaged in those thoughts Lord, we were pentive competitiveness with one another Lord, jealousy envy we will repent of Gossip Lord, we repent of anything that would be like planks in our eyes Lord, preventing us to see.

And Lord we pray that you would help us not just tonight but, in the days weeks time to come Lord, that you would help us to break up the fallow ground in our hearts, that would prevent us from understanding,

Lord we heard about the seed tonight and the seed wants to find good soil, would you break up our ground go God of our hearts, we give you good soil, we would repent of our hard hearts oh God,

We confess Lord that at times we allow our hearts to get hard, we turn from that in Jesus name, we just pray that you would just pour out your tenderizing love into our hearts oh God, by your Holy Spirit, soften our hearts.

We thank you Lord that your word says that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and not only that Lord but you purify us, you purify us from all unrighteousness, God is so attractive as so desirous we just pray Oh God that you purify our hearts and I will go from all unrighteousness.

We thank you Lord that you purify us over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, just purify our hearts from all unrighteousness here tonight, Oh God.

We worship you, we thank you for your Holy Spirit, we thank you for your presence with this here tonight Oh God, and Lord we pray that you would just continue to help us to see the layers that would block her vision oh God, be removed layer after layer after layer, we prayed in song tonight "Open the Eyes of My Heart", that's our prayer tonight Oh God that you would Open the Eyes of our hearts oh God, that we would see you Lord, we do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon you, amen

The Lord that You have brought so many here tonight. So many Lord. Thank you for encouraging us. All of us Lord. Our desire as always Lord, is to please you. We are your children. And children love to please Abba.

So we continue our offering to you tonight, Lord. Our surrender. With thanksgiving and praise. We love it Lord when you tell us,

“Enter my gates with thanksgiving and my courts with praise.”

Thank you Lord for this time with you and together. And we give you this offering for your purposes, Lord. For your purposes.

In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

We made an audio recording of tonight. It will be available on the website and by on a CD later if you wish it. You can listen to the whole recording or we've also made a separate recording of just the prophetic words. So you can also receive the recording of the prophetic words if you want to ponder them further and test them and measure them.

And God willing, we will be involved in future gatherings to advance His Kingdom in Victoria and Vancouver Island, as the result of the release of these prophetic words tonight.

As a result of the planting of the seeds. He wants more seeds planted. And we think of Joseph when he was with his brothers,  and he said, “This is for the saving of many lives.”

I hope you all understand that tonight. This is for the saving of many lives. It's up to my church to delay it. The delay is for the saving of many lives. That's what it's for.

May God have mercy on us all.
